TekENUM
TekENUM is a Proxy DNS / ENUM [The E.164 to Uniform Resource Identifiers (URI)
Dynamic Delegation Discovery System (DDDS) Application (ENUM)] server (Based on RFC 3761) runs under Windows
(Vista, Windows 7/8/10/11, 2008-2022 Server).
TekENUM can act as a DNS Proxy for undefined ENUM endpoints as well as other DNS query types such as A (Address records). TekENUM supports UDP, TCP, TLS (DoT) and DNS over HTTPS (DoH) transports. TekENUM can provide transport interworking when used as an DNS proxy. You can specify source-destination based DNS access policies.
